Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Antoinette was one of four children. It was in her mother, Lilly and Aunt Mary’s kitchens that she learned the value of combining the love of cooking and fresh ingredients to create delectable meals. Her family moved to Queens and after marrying, Antoinette moved to the North Shore of Long Island, New York where she has lived and raised her family.

Antoinette had the opportunity to travel throughout Italy, France and Portugal, as well as many other countries in Europe and Africa. Enjoying first hand the cuisines of the world’s finest food capitals, awakened her desire to create visually appealing and delicious dining experiences for her friends and family.

Chef Antonetta was trained by the American Personal Chef Association. Through their comprehensive curriculum, she gained extensive knowledge regarding technique, preparation and presentation.

She’s obtained a loyal clientele including Chambers of Commerce, Civic Associations and local fire departments, providing them various fund raising events over the years.

Her talent for creating spectacular occasions includes Cocktail Parties, Buffet Parties, Casino Nights, Barbeques, Romantic Dinners for Two, Six Course Gourmet Dinners, Brunch with Omelet Station, Weekly Dinner Meals for Families, & more.

Her intuitive ability to grasp the nature of each client allows her to create the perfectly customized event. Chef Antonetta enjoys creating the ambience, as well as the cuisine, be it Mediterranean, Caribbean, or any other ethnicity. In addition she excels and enjoys holiday party planning. Chef Antonetta utilizes chocolate fountains and creates stations for champagne, omelets, mashed potatoes, cappuccino, and even cigars. To add to her client’s delight, her follow-through is impeccable, bringing her own china, cookware, and providing the complete cleanup after each event.
