Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your food and your wonderful decor at the Graduation Party. It was truly a Special Party! Our Friends and Families truly enjoyed the whole day. I received so many calls saying how nice everything was and how delicious the food was. My friends thought I was crazy taking a chance off the internet without meeting you or tasting your food, you can attribute that to your professionalism. I was 100% comfortable in speaking with you and reading your wonderful menus. I knew you were something special! I look forward to working with you in the future!

Chef Antoinette has been catering parties for me for years. From an outdoor BBQ for 20, on father's day to a beautiful holiday party for 80, in a blizzard, she never disappoints. She is so creative. Everything she does is beautifully presented as well as delicious. People are so impressed when they attend my parties, she usually gets a future job from one of my guests. My niece gave her mother 2 weeks notice for her wedding, and Chef Antoinette pulled it off without a hitch. Everything was amazing! I have already booked her for my holiday party in December, don't want to take the chance that someone else will get her first!!
I hired Antoinette to cater my parents 50th wedding anniversary at my home. She literally did bring everything but the kitchen. sink. This is no ordinary caterer. Her food presentation is very creative and decorative. We had basic to exotic dishes that were all delicious. She obviously loves what she does as she is most pleasant to have around. All of the guests just loved her.
Chef Antoinette is exceptional in all that she brings to an event. She partnered with the American Heart Association and the Melville Chamber of Commerce to present a Heart Healthy Breakfast. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious. Antoinette is professional with a warm touch. I have hired her to serve at a family function and will rest at ease knowing that she is in charge of my kitchen that day. The event will have that added touch that only Chef Anotoinette can provide.I would recommend Chef Antoinette for all of your catering needs.

Just wanted to drop a little note saying thank you for doing such a wonderful job at my husband's 50th birthday party. When I told people I found you on the internet and never spoke to you other than emailing, they were a bit skeptical. I'm happy to report that those skeptics were the same to give the highest compliments on your professionalism, display, organization, cleanup, and of course the delicious food. For me, that fact that you answered all my emailed questions, arrived on time, and did everything you said you would, provided me the opportunity to relax and enjoy my guests and really participate in my husband's special day. I wanted to also let you know that your assistants were friendly, courteous, and did a fantastic job too! I would certainly recommend your services to anyone.

I contacted Antonetta to cater my wedding with only two weeks notice. Chef Antonetta was amazing, not only was her food beautiful and delicious, she added special touches that were so thoughtful. She really made my special day even more special. I received so many compliments about the food from my guests, and many have even gotten recipes from Chef Antonetta to recreate her delicious food at home. She even made me a rainbow cookie wedding cake which people said was the most delicious wedding cake they have ever had!! Her food really is made with love and she is so talented she can really taylor a menu to fit your taste perfectly! Thanks Chef Antonetta for making my wedding so fantastic!

First let me say that I apologize for not responding sooner. Our experience with you and your service was really special. I could not have asked for anything more. Your presentation was excellent and exactly the way I wanted it to be. I felt like you read my mind. The food was delicious and my family and guests raved about the whole evening. Everything that you brought was quality,including Grace, the lovely lady who helped. Both of you were very warm, accomodating and professional. I loved your special gift and your signature french toast for breakfast the next morning was a treat. Thanks again for making it a beautiful evening and I am sure I will see you again.

Encore Catering hosted a going away party for us with about 35 guests attending. Chef Antoinette created the most amazing foods! Her professional staff served appetizers to the guests, staffed the bar, setup a full buffet dinner, served deserts and made all kinds of coffees for my guests. When it was done, everything in the house was cleaned up. I wouldn't hesitate reccomending her services to anyone.
Encore Personal Chef/Catering Service, catered my Holiday Party in December. It was a great experience. The food was wonderful and prepared with so much thought and creativity. I have catered many parties over the past 10 years and was tired of the same old food. Chef Antoinette offered new, unique and interesting food items.
